Mobile Recruiting

Hello Folks!

Let's talk about Mobile Recruiting in this blog!
A quick look and not to bore you too much on this!

While this may be the next level in recruiting but seems to be delayed as
per the trend. Sending Job Alerts on Mobile-the so called Mobile Alerts
for Recruiting purposes- going to be a too fancy and expensive deal?

Applying to Jobs by sending your Resumes via your Cell Phones, might
not be a distant dream anymore! But the question is on the expensive
Mobile Handsets! If those guys with the so-called "HYPE" in the Mobile
Recruiting can do away with the FREE Handsets for piling up their servers
with tons & tons of Junk- Not a Dream anymore!

Job sites have forgotten the very basic idea of online recruiting and just
demanding the so called JUNK! I mean not your resume, if you have
mistaken me! JUNK includes-UNWANTED SPAM!

Also people have been unnecessarily billed by Cellular companies even
sometimes they just reply to a FREE-look alike service very heavily
totally uninformed! This Mobile Recruiting is a lucrative deal for most
of the Mobile Companies and an expensive one for the Job Seeker, unless
some Big B comes out with a Big Bonanza!

OK folks! I hope this is a good work on this matter and will leave you
for your comments!

EMAIL FRAUD

Hi

Hello again!

In this blog, let's start with what about the so called EMAIL or the
Internet Fraud going around! You already might have received lot
of emails in your inbox for asking your personal bank account details
for funds transfer!

Don't just get duped by these fraudsters! They're using high-tech
alternatives using branded names and using muti channels-I'm afraid
even this blogs too one day! So beware if somebody asks your personal
information online using phishing etc.

Thank you folks and we wish you all the Job Seekers, Recruiters and all other

Java Interview Questions

Recently my friend attended an interview with a top IT company.
The questions asked by them kept my friend, he being a fresher
could handle some questions however.

For example:
1) Is Java multiple inheritance ? If not how does it support it indirectly?
2) What are version differences between J2EE 1.4 / 1.3 ?
3) What is Hibernet ?
4) What is Struts?
5) What is J2EE? What does contain?

Just post your comments and more Java Interview Questions here.

Confirm Your Job First!

Hello All,

I thought to give a Voice to all my fellows to EXPRESS FREELY
their advice/concerns BEFORE, AFTER, DURING the working
period with any company!

For instance, i have been duped by a so called consulting company
during night shifts job. They said i will get the appointment letter
on Day 1, I joined! It didn't! I waited next day, asked them -They
said wait till the end of the week! Meanwhile, without even offering
any appointment letter, they started giving me work and monitoring
my progress!

I told them frankly- You give me the offer and i will work with you!
Already i was fooled by that company spending 2 fantastic nights
-just waste of everthing! Moreover, they even had the guts to
FIRE me, by a simple call the 3rd day, when i didn't turn up having
realized their CHEATING FANTASY!

So go, just SPEAK OUT! Let others know what these guys want- a
Kick on the Back?

I invite all of you to share your valuable experiences to all our readers
so that every new Job Seeker will be very careful to avoid such situations.

Come on! Go write it your's Now...

Best Wishes & Regards
